Welcome.

My practice is geared toward helping people find ways through their struggles by exploring both past and present dynamics of the mind and relationships.  With a grounded understanding of the self as multi-faceted, I believe it is worthwhile to explore and learn about who we are, all in an effort to love and accept ourselves.  In my experience, this happens by sharing stories and thoughts and feelings with someone we can trust, someone that can walk alongside us while we discover the untold and unseen parts of ourselves.  As such, the hope is that someone can help us see how we sometimes hurt ourselves and others in various paths we’ve previously taken on this journey of self-discovery.   A colleague once said to me, “therapy is about learning to have a dream for yourself.”  I look forward to seeing what we can dream up together.

I desire my practice to be a safe and allied space for everyone, especially those that have been treated as ‘other’ by the larger community.

I can be flexible.

Whether you want to come in to the office (I mean, the view isn’t terrible), or you prefer to do sessions from home, therapy can be in person or through video or phone. Your choice.
