There is no one "right client" for therapy. If you are having relationship difficulties, or if you are feeling empty, or if you just want someone to talk to, therapy is right for you. If you have experienced abuse and/or other trauma, therapy is also right for you. We will explore your specific needs in our time together and chart a course that meets those needs.
